Our partner and franchising expert for Turkey of IDI Dr. Hikmet Koyuncuoğlu and associate lawyer İrem Özkaşıkçı have attended the 2016 International Distribution Institute (IDI) Annual Conference held in Torino on 3-4 June 2016. Dr. Koyuncuoğlu also gave a speech in the panel dealing with the topic “How to combine choice of forum or arbitration clauses with the right to claim in the franchisee’s country.”
